Changeover_multiobj
Changeover design algorithms that aim to maximize the average efficiency factors of direct and residual treatment effects.
A multiple objective algorithm that aims to simultaneously maximize both efficiency factors.
The Changeover_multiobj application can be downloaded from Changeover_multiobj.zip. The file is 46.5 kbytes.
The algorithms will run in a Windows environment.

Changeover_compound
Changeover design algorithms that aim to maximize the average efficiency factors of direct and residual treatment effects.
The objective function is a weighted linear combination of the reciprocals of the two efficiency factors. The weights are chosen by the user.
The Changeover_compound application can be downloaded from Changeover_compound.zip. The file is 45 kbytes.
The algorithms will run in a Windows environment.

Multimix
Dr Hunt's research concerns the clustering of observations using a finite mixture models approach, and where the EM algorithm is employed in the fitting of the model. The model can accommodate both categorical and continuous variables.
Multimix is a FORTRAN program to estimate the parameters of the distributions when fitting a mixture of K groups, by using this approach.
