Requesting Help

Before requesting assistance from the TSG please ensure your question hasn't already been answered in the relevant help sections on this web site:

Please email help@scms.waikato.ac.nz if you want to request assistance. Make sure you indicate the name of the computer you are having trouble with, the operating system (Windows, Linux, or Macintosh) and where the computer is located. Please be as detailed as possible in describing the problem, and if you have received an error message, cut and paste or type it into your email. See below for a list of other important information.

In the teaching labs the name of each computer is printed on the front.

If you cannot use email, you can fill in the following form to send a help request. Please enter all the relevant details and press the Send Request button; a mail message will automatically be sent to the relevant support person.
